

Caleb is a finance, operations, and technology expert with a wide range of experience across strategic finance, management consulting, technology consulting, and planning software. He has worked in and consulted for organizations ranging from seed-stage startups to Fortune 500 enterprises and has partnered with functional teams across GTM to operations to finance & technology. He is passionate about helping finance and business operations teams scale by breaking down traditional functional and technical siloes and leveraging technology to create a collaborative environment for both strategic planning and execution.
Prior to founding OVG in 2019, Caleb led teams at Gemini, Sunrun, and DocuSign, and consulted for organizations at Alvarez & Marsal, Anaplan, and Hitachi Consulting.


Ryan is an experienced consultant with technical and advisory consulting experience across Corporate and Business FP&A. He has led the delivery of numerous projects across the SaaS, E-commerce, and Manufacturing industry. Internally, Ryan was OVG’s first hire and has been instrumental in leading OVG’s technical training program to scale talent.
Ryan possesses strong engagement management, planning process improvement, technology architecture, and enablement skills. He is currently a certified Master Anaplanner and holds a bachelors in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.


Jack Carter is a seasoned finance professional with over a decade of expertise in GTM finance, corporate finance, operations finance, sales analytics, and financial planning tools, with a particular focus on the energy and healthcare sectors.He has successfully developed and managed advanced revenue models, customer acquisition cost models, cash flow models, and P&Ls, while also leading end-to-end volume forecasting processes.
Jack has collaborated with operations, sales, retail, digital marketing, and product teams to align finance practices with strategic, value-added initiatives. Passionate about leveraging technology and proven processes, he empowers finance teams to shift from traditional tasks to more strategic, value-driven work.


Eric is a data science and finance professional with deep expertise in financial planning systems, data engineering, and analytics. He specializes in bridging the gap between finance and technology, translating complex business requirements into scalable data solutions that drive strategic decision-making. Eric has experience building end-to-end revenue planning systems, experimentation frameworks, and self-service analytics tools across large enterprise environments.
Prior to joining OVG, Eric held finance, data science, and engineering roles at Medline, Walmart, and Amazon, where he led high-impact initiatives across supply chain finance, revenue planning, and talent acquisition. He began his career in finance at Amazon before transitioning into senior engineering roles, giving him the combination of financial acumen and technical depth.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from the University of Alabama.


Eric is an experienced lead consultant specializing in FP&A technology and process design. He excels at bridging technological gaps, streamlining finance processes, and fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams. Eric has deep expertise in implementing planning software, including Anaplan and Planful. He has led implementations across multiple industries, including SaaS, ecommerce, pharmaceuticals, real estate, and education. Notable projects include implementing a revenue model for a $1 billion ecommerce business and managing a complex technology migration for a real estate tech company.
Before joining OVG, Eric earned his degree in economics from UCLA. Outside of work, he is an avid tennis fan and was a member of the UCLA men's tennis team.


Abraham is a lead consultant at Openvale Group, where for the past 2.5 years he has advised clients across the manufacturing, technology, and banking industries. Since graduating from UCLA, Abraham has specialized in finance transformations, AI-driven initiatives, and data integration projects.
His key achievements include building a custom LLM model for internal use, implementing regression modeling solutions, streamlining platform data flows, and overseeing financial planning rollouts. With a passion for leveraging advanced analytics to optimize business performance, Abraham continues to partner with diverse stakeholders to deliver innovative, high-impact outcomes. Prior to joining Openvale Group in 2022, Abraham has interned as an operations manager and software developer at multiple Fortune 500 companies.


Franny is a consultant who is skilled at research and data analysis with experience working with clients in a variety of industries, including SaaS. She is also proficient in technical delivery and enjoys combining this with qualitative research. She is currently studying at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.


Claire Hendershot is an associate with experience in product development using Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric. She also has a background in Java and Python development. She has experience building comprehensive budget analysis reports for clients. Claire is a Dean’s List honors student currently pursuing a Computer Science degree with a minor in Mathematics at Northeastern University.


Connor Ritchey is a strategy, finance, and business development professional with over 10+ years of experience across wealth management, healthcare, technology, and entertainment. He is a double UCLA Bruin, holding both an economics degree and an MBA, with a background in consulting, corporate finance, and sales. He has led financial modeling, investment and transaction analysis, as well as M&A support. In these roles, he consistently uncovered new growth opportunities and improved performance.
Prior to joining OVG, Connor drove strategic partnerships, business development, and go-to-market initiatives for Fortune 500 companies, high-net-worth individuals, and major sports franchises. He focused on building long-term relationships, expanding revenue opportunities, and aligning commercial strategy with measurable business outcomes.


Daniella Mailat-Truta is an Associate with experience in marketing science, analytics, research support, and academic facilitation. She holds a Master’s in Business Analytics and a Bachelor’s in Finance with a minor in International Studies from St. John’s University, where she developed her skills in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Tableau. Prior to joining OVG, Daniella interned at Analytic Partners and served as a course facilitator for finance classes at Columbia University. She is passionate about transforming complex data into clear insights that support strategic business decisions.


Vishnu is an experienced Associate with a strong foundation in financial modeling and data analysis. He has experience in financial modeling and data analysis using Microsoft Fabric and O365. He previously worked at PwC as a Consultant, helping the Transfer Pricing practice solve complex problems through data analysis.
Before working, Vishnu earned his degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut. Outside of work, he loves exploring national parks.


Owen Green is an associate with a foundation in corporate finance, FP&A, and strategic advisory work across manufacturing, energy, semiconductors, and banking. He has experience in financial modeling, data analysis, and M&A analysis. Prior to joining OVG, Owen gained broad experience in FP&A, financial systems, corporate development, and strategy through internships at First Solar, MUFG, and Owens-Illinois. Owen holds a bachelor's in finance with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Toledo. Outside of work, he enjoys lifting, running, and hiking and holds a black belt in Taekwondo.


Samuel is an Associate with a strong foundation in financial modeling, expense analysis, and forecasting. He has experience in operational financial management and data analysis using Microsoft Excel and previously interred at a Fortune 500 company. He is currently pursuing a degree in Business Economics from UCLA and is passionate about transforming financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights.


Alex has a strong background in AI engineering, full-stack application development, cloud architecture, and UX-focused frontend design. He specializes in building AI-powered tools and automation applications that translate complex business workflows into reliable, scalable software solutions. With experience across backend systems, frontend development, and UX design, Alex builds tools that balance strong technical architecture with clean, user-friendly design.
Prior to joining OVG, Alex worked at VBCG, where he led frontend development and UX design for multiple internal applications while also contributing heavily to backend development. During his time there, he built several automation apps, helped design and maintain backend systems, established AWS architecture, managed deployment pipelines, and supported ongoing application updates. His work spanned AI development, cloud infrastructure, and product-focused engineering, giving him a broad technical foundation across the full software lifecycle. Outside of work, Alex enjoys gaming and swimming.


Carolyn has a strong foundation in backend development, data engineering, and AI-powered application development. She specializes in building intelligent tools that help consulting teams work faster and smarter, translating complex business workflows into reliable, scalable software solutions.
Prior to joining OVG, Carolyn served as a Backend Developer at VBCG, where she was a core developer on Forge - an AI-powered platform that helps EPM consultants generate planning requirements and architecture from client inputs. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Data Engineer building and maintaining data pipelines and developing dashboards to support business decision-making. Her academic work explored machine learning for real-world applications, including a research thesis comparing forecasting algorithms for heat index prediction. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Our Lady of Fatima University. Outside of work, she is an avid gamer and NBA fan.


Dennis is the current CFO/COO for Guru and was previously CFO for Domino Data Lab and VP of Strategic Finance at Sunrun. He is a strategic operator with experience across finance, operations, and systems across multiple industries (Software, FinTech, Solar, Ad Tech, Semiconductors) and maturity of companies (Series B <$20M revenue & <100 employees to public companies with >$1B revenue & >7,000 employees).


Jason currently leads Finance and Accounting at Snapdocs. Previously, Jason led various Strategic Finance functions at Sunrun and while at KPMG, he advised private equity and strategic clients on multiple transactions for middle-market private companies, both domestic and international. He is a high-energy, high-impact finance, strategy and analytics leader with progressive, diversified experience across various industries. He is motivated by solving valuable and challenging problems with great people.
